Mighty Auto Parts:

Fixed Ops: Reduce Vendors and Enhance Profitability

Webinar Description:

Car dealerships purchase from over 130 vendors reducing their potential volume leverage with each vendor. Imagine working with a single vendor that can supply a used car and reconditioning program, best-in-class chemical program, all makes & models parts program, car detailing, shop supplies, lubricants, and many more while helping to reduce inventory. But there's more, imagine that supplier can also train your technicians and service writers on those
programs with consistent vehicle inspections.

By reducing the number of vendors, car dealerships can leverage their overall volume and enjoy a high-touch service model with inventory management, training, and efficiency that will drive greater profitability. That is what Mighty does for thousands of dealerships across the country.
