Wayne brings over 36 years of experience in the automotive industry. He served as Director of Sales at CDK for 14 years, earning numerous national sales team awards. Prior to that, he ran his own dealership consulting firm for 3 years and spent 14 years at ADP, with the last 13 years as their Director of Sales in the Southwest.
In 1999, Wayne founded Wayne A. Youngs & Associates as an Executive Consultant, which was later acquired by Dixon Hughes PLLC. However, 11 years later, he reacquired his firm, now operating independently as Wayne A. Youngs & Associates, Inc. While maintaining an exclusive contract with Dixon for DMS and compliance work, Wayne also explores new areas of interest.
Wayne specializes in assisting car dealers with process improvements, data processing cost recovery, and contract negotiations. Additionally, he has a strong track record of helping dealers achieve Gramm-Leach-Bliley compliance through in-depth GLB risk assessments. He possesses in-depth knowledge of major DMS providers, including CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, UCS, Dealertrack, Arkona, Automate, Tekion, Dealerbuilt, PBS, and Auto-Soft.
