Amberly is Managing Partner and has been working with dealers for close to 20 years. She understands that maximizing profits is one of the most important topics in a dealership. She began learning more about one of the largest, and most often overlooked expenses – credit card processing fees. After spending several years researching the legislative changes pertaining to these fees, Amberly created Dealer Merchant Services.


Laura Mellencamp is Vice President of Dealer Merchant Services and has over 30 years of Automotive experience. Laura started as a receptionist and worked her way up from there holding roles in Finance, as GSM and Controller and eventually General Manager. Her keen eye for expense control and an entrepreneurial spirit took her on an educational journey about credit card expenses.
